or maybe something more along the lines of your dad's smirk?

Simon is still a bit snarkly from his first daycare cold he and his mother are currently sharing, but he has remained very happy and only rarely irritable. He also had his two month appointment on Thursday and with his three shots was slightly feverish and lackluster on Friday.
Today he is getting what may be the last wear out of his racoon jumper- the sleeves and legs we had to turn up on his first day home are now more like 3/4 length.

Oh my goodness! Simon is definitely the most beautiful in the world!!!!! LOVE the laughter and the smile - thanks SO much for sharing the pictures with us. The river pics are absolutely gorgeous, too. You all are the best, and we love you! Happy, happy, joy, joy!

Hi Derek, Katie and Simon -
This is your Mom's (Gen) cousin Suzanne from Doylestown, Ohio. Lynn gave me your BLOG address when I talked to her the other night. It's WONDERFUL!! And Simon is indeed one of the most beautiful babies in the world. All the best to you guys and the dogs (can't forget about them!) They're worst than kids - I know - we have a Gordon Setter and he thinks he's very special.
Would love to see you all at one of the family get togethers here in Ohio sometime. Love Suz.
Katie, Derek and Simon,
This is Heather from C'ville, NC. The three of you are just beautiful. I know your hearts are about to overflow. He is the sweetest little thing. I love all the pictures. I can remember everyone telling me to enjoy my girls while they were little and it seemed impossible, because I was so busy just trying to keep up with feeding, burping, changing and trying to get in a little sleep. But try to take little moments throughout the day and night to just hold him and be in the momemt - forget about all the things you have to do and just enjoy him. I promise he won't be little long.
Love and Kisses to you all,
Heather
