He has been easily irritated this weekend and sleepy to boot. We think he is hitting a growth spurt again. Some of his footies for 0-3 months are starting to come apart at the seams so we measured him and found he is just shy of 24 inches. He still weighs less than 10 pounds, though, so he still needs to be in the 0-3 pants and shirts. We received some pictures from Christmas from Katie's sister Hannah's camera and it was interesting to see pictures that were such a short time ago to us and yet see how much Simon has changed in a mere two months (double his life span at that point). So here are a couple pictures from this weekend. The first is his new chair. Its a Bumbo made in South Africa. It is molded soft foam and designed to help him sit upright. He liked it last night but screamed at us today when we tried to use it. The second is a classic drool moment. Enjoy.

Good lookin' kid. Looks like you are having a good time being a new family. Congratulations! I am new to this blogger thing, a bit too close to e-mail for someone who has to spend way to much time at it. Simon looks great. Growing like a weed and seems, from pictures to be a happy dude! Enjoy the time he will grow up fast, I am already teaching my oldest to drive. Holy Cow, how did that happen.
