Things have quieted down on Easy Street (at least for a couple hours until dark when our pyromaniacal neighbors try to burn down the neighborhood for a second consecutive year). The Beery and Collins grandparents are at home or on their way. Simon is suffering from attention withdrawals. He is also apparently teething and is having hot flashes and sleeping fitfully.
