Greetings and Salutations from Port Angeles! We have settled in quite nicely, met some neighbors (PLU grads!), made the newspaper (15 minutes of archaeological fame), found a pediatrician (as a result of said fame), and our fence is finally under construction. The Garage is still a nightmare, however. It was a very rainy week but today, even though the forecast was for more rain, turned out to be gray but dry-ish. We took the opportunity to head down to the Ediz Hook (pronounced Eddy's Hook) and look at our fine city from across the bay. Simon and the dogs both enjoyed the sea-air and other smells but the dogs were confused to why they couldn't drink the water and why it suddenly snuck up on them.

The open floor plan we are enjoying.
