A deranged Lunatic has recently escaped from the house at 1806 W. 15th. Please be advised that he is a temperamental toddler with a newfound sobbing wail when he does not get his way. His hair is wild. His chin is double. He likes to bang pots with wooden sticks. He lurks in shadows. He likes to fondle himself. ----Please be on the lookout and if you see him wish him a happy First Birthday!
