In our house Halloween is the first of a series of wildly popular holidays that include three birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and five paid holdiays for Dad between now and the end of the year! The boys are cranked and ready as you can see. We decided that we could decorate for Halloween a week early so Today we are up and running... But we seem to have lost our sweet little boys and Dirty, hairy, stinky, scarred, and visually impaired ogres have replaced them for the time being. At least things are never boring around here.We also seem to have found time for a group trip to the ridge for a picnic and short hike on a windy, but nonetheless, beautiful late September Saturday.
The boys have been going at full-speed trying to enjoy every ounce of sunshine we can get in the soon to be dreary Northwest.
And, back in the house it seems we have a nearly constant parade of the Underpants Dance. Rubber boots are de rigueur these days, in case you haven't heard.
