I remembered. This string was to remind me to wake up early enough to come to my Pre-preschool graduation. Now my buddy Lincoln and I can go to Holy Trinity in the Fall! Look out Mrs. Zorba "the Dude" is coming your way.
Here's my Proof: Bright Pink and Awesome.
Grammie and Grandpa are here this weekend and although we've had a ton of quiet puzzle and reading time we also headed west to the private pay-to-play beach today. It was windy but the sun was shining and we had to share the 1/2 mile Crescent Beach with no one!
Here we are on the Castle Bridge.
With no one else to share the low tide- the beach combing was awesome! We each found a couple crusty dead starfish and a sand dollar. Dad even let us bring them home this time! Grandpa even found us a red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Action Figure hanging out on a sand dune.  - Dad didn't let us adopt the Power Ranger. He said he was probably  dropped off there by a Pirate King toprotect the beach from nasty Ninja Sharks. We built him a special hiding place and maybe he'll be waiting there for us when we camp there in a couple weeks.

Mom and Dad ran away for a while and enjoyed a private stroll.

Here's our great collection of seastuff

Grammie and Grandpa even sat still long enough for this great picture!
We tried with Mom and Dad too. But we needed to get some stuff done instead of posing for very long...
The Dude donned his Duderinski sunglasses and let the sand fly.
 Simon ran some tidal sprints.
It was a great day on the beach. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible. We hope the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger doesn't morph into a seasquirt and skeedaddle. See ya soon Red Ranger!
