What a Rockstar Week we had. I did some serious shredding and that meant Finn got to do his favorite thing- push buttons (on the amplfier of course.)

Dad must be losing it. How many three year olds do you know that get to strap on such fine instruments? Good thing he only has a 5 watt amplifier in the house, I feel just like Marty McFly!

Then it was off to the Sand Sculpture Competition. Sorry we wouldn't look at the camera. The Alien was spooky even when we knew the dripping ooze from its mouth was sand and not acid and poor Bender looked really intimidated.
It was the winning sculpture... Dad really likes this artist's work-he still talks about mistress of the interweb from two years ago. I was disspointed that there was no Darth Vader. Dad said the Jabba the Hutt was okay but I was hoping for the man himself.

But nothing could compare to the fun of the NW Cup downhill Mountain Bike Races held on the hill past our house. We went Satruday and Sunday. We saw a couple of big wrecks. Looked at a bunch of expensive bicycles, Watched some crazy men and women bomb the hill, and really had fun! Dad's been riding his bike a lot and I'm a little worried for the old man. He had that twinkle in his eye.
